No. Every technician on Machestro is an independent contractor running their own business. We never employ technicians.
How are BMET jobs matched to me?
Our auto-match algorithm scores you on specialization, certifications, location, recency, and trust score, then sends a shortlist of up to 3 technicians per request. You get a notification and can accept or decline within the response SLA.
How do I get paid?
Funds are held in Stripe-managed escrow when a customer books you. They release automatically 24 hours after job completion is confirmed, with optional faster payout via Stripe Connect.
What credentials do I need to list BMET jobs on Machestro?
Identity verification and proof of general liability insurance are required for all technicians. CBET / CRES / CLES certifications, OEM training, and CE credits all boost your match score and are visible on your public Credential Passport.
